Jindřišská 16

We opened our first Špejli in December 2016 at Jindřišská 16, near the Jindřišská Tower. We found inspiration in Spanish pintxos bars, but we adapted the concept to Czech tastes. The basis of the offer is sandwiches and seasonal delicacies, which guests choose in a buffet style.

You don’t have to choose from the menu – you can simply grab whatever catches your eye. Of course, we are happy to advise you if necessary. The selection of skewers is always varied, from tried and tested classics to fresh new cold and hot dishes, prepared by our culinary team under the leadership of chef Michal Klosovský.

For drinks, we will serve you Italian coffee Trucillo, perfectly treated beer from the Kamenice nad Lipou brewery, a wide selection of wines or precisely prepared cocktails. With our unique gin and tonic map, you can easily choose the best combination for pairing this popular long drink.

We collaborated with Coll Coll studio on the interior, creating a pleasant space with comfortable seating where you will feel good. We look forward to your visit and shared gastronomic experiences.
